artist's statement

These pieces continue my love and study of leaf & tree patterns, incorporating ideas of travel and transition (as in the maps from New Jersey that cascade down like autumn leaves). Some have up to four layers of "scenes" in the background, scratched through, painted and pasted on, that make up their stories.

about this collection

The 'Small Works' collection consists of small scale pieces, no larger than 12" that include a variety of medium and themes broken into mini-collections. I've enjoyed working small for a long time and will always create these intimate pieces, just as detailed and filled with the energy that I pour into my larger pieces. I hope that you enjoy these little treasures.

NOTES
An affordable option for both novice and seasoned collectors, these works are priced no more than $250 plus shipping (and 7% tax for NJ residents).

Works from this collection are shipped matted (unframed) with 100% cotton museum quality boards and backed with acid-free foam core.
