About This Offering
The Art of Care is a restorative, arts-based team-building workshop designed to help healthcare workers reconnect with their purpose, peers, and personal well-being through creative expression. Rooted in reflection and collective storytelling, the workshop fosters a deeper sense of belonging, acknowledges the emotional complexity of care work, and highlights the strength of healthcare teams. This series is not a craft activity but moments of resonance, making, and meaning designed specifically for professionals in high-stress care environments. It invites participants to slow down, reflect on their shared experiences, and contribute to a collective artwork that symbolizes the culture of care they’re part of.
